Bello Family Vineyards 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from 3 different Vineyards. The first is Avina in Rutherford on Bale Clay Loam on the Rutherford Bench farmed by Gustavo Avina. Second is Star Vineyard also in Rutherford on Gravel Loam Bench Soils farmed by David Abreu and lastly Scully Vineyard from Mt. Veeder Blocks 3 and 4 farmed by David Abreu. The wine was aged for 20 months in 50% new and 50% one year old French Oak barrels from artisan coopers from Bordeaux’s right bank.

Two choice Cabernet vineyards in the tenderloin of St Helena, west of highway 29 and at the base of Spring Mountain, bring the lush, opulent and viscous character associated with great Cabernet grown in this region.
