Review by Antonio Galloni
Wine Advocate # 198 (Dec 2011)
Drink 2012 - 2018
The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is an attractive wine laced with ripe red fruit, flowers, sweet herbs and licorice. It shows lovely balance and plushness through to the harmonious finish. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2018. Aaron Pott is the winemaker.
||80% New French Oak
Black currant, cherry and violets in a bright nose mingling red and black fruits, vanilla, cedar and spice, big attack of cherry and violet. Soft velvety mid palate with cherry, violet, currant and black licorice lingers in a long and supple finish.
