Bello Family Vineyards 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of mountain fruit from the heights of Napa Valley’s Mt. Veeder, emerging as the greatest appellation for Bordeaux varietals and classic bench land alluvium from a few select Rutherford producers. Tasting Notes:
Dominated by oak in the nose, vanilla, cedar, red fruits, good attack with sweet medium weight mid palate. A little sugar left from fermentation, coffee, maple and toffee aromas with a sweet finish and medium length.
